How to Sign Up as a Streamer on ByteConnect

Welcome to ByteConnect! Streamers looking to efficiently manage donations during their streams can follow these steps to enhance their merchant account:

  • Start as a Normal Merchant: Begin by registering on ByteConnect as a regular merchant to access our comprehensive suite of features.
  • Upgrade to a Streamer for Free: After your initial registration, you can upgrade your account to a streamer at no extra cost. This unlocks additional functionalities, including real-time donation alerts during your streams.
  • Access the WebWallet: Log in to the WebWallet using your ByteWallet Fast Login credentials. This is your portal to ByteConnect's diverse features.
  • Navigate to the Merchant Tab: In your WebWallet, locate and click on the 'Merchant' tab. Select the 'Streamer' Option
  • Register as a Streamer: Click 'Register as a streamer' to enter your streaming details, which helps customize your ByteConnect streaming experience. You may also change how many characters you allow donors to enter when sending a message.

Connect Your StreamLabs Account: Hit the 'Save Settings' button to be redirected to StreamLabs. Log in with your StreamLabs account to complete the authorization. Note: This connection is crucial for ByteConnect to send alert notifications of donations to you while streaming.

WebWallet redirects you to the official StreamLabs login page. If this is the first time you log in, it might ask you to provide permissions to the application. Please click Authorize. Remember that we only use the authorization to send you alert notifications whenever a donation is confirmed.

Confirmation: After linking your StreamLabs account, you will receive a confirmation. You are now ready to receive live donation alerts during your streams!

Your streamer page will show your streaming service connected, allow you to reconnect a new account, and it will display the donations with their respective messages.

Share Your Payment URL: Share your unique payment URL with your viewers. This allows you to start receiving donations in Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies, or via STRIPE.
